Club signup and applications

The interest form collects your name, email address, enrollment confirmation, permission to email you, and any interests you choose to share. The officer application also collects your role interest, reasons for applying, and any experience or availability you provide.

Interest-list responses are stored in Google Forms and a linked Google Sheet owned by the club’s Google account, with access granted to designated club officers. Officer applications are stored privately in Netlify Forms under the club’s account. Notifications go to dramaclub@seattlecolleges.edu. Authorized club account, sheet, and mailbox users can access responses; they are not displayed publicly.

We use interest-list responses to contact you about club meetings, auditions, and events. Officer applications are used for application review and follow-up, and do not automatically add you to the mailing list. Please do not submit student IDs, transcripts, or sensitive personal information.

Your choices

Email dramaclub@seattlecolleges.edu to update your information, request removal from club emails, or ask us to delete your response. Information is kept while needed for club communications or application review.

Website services

Netlify hosts this site and processes officer applications, including spam checks. Submitting the signup form sends your responses to Google Forms and the club’s linked response sheet. The full-performance player connects to YouTube only when you select it. The short silent clips are hosted with the website. Linked services have their own privacy practices.
